Abiding Savior Lutheran Church

Rev. David Eck has been the pastor of Abiding Savior since 1993. He received a BS in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh in 1984 and graduated with honors. He earned his MDiv from the Lutheran Theological Seminary in Gettysburg in 1998. His previous congregation was Mt. Zion Lutheran Church in Conover, NC.

Pastor Dave is a singer/songwriter who has conducted workshops and retreats on the subject of contemporary worship on behalf of the ELCA. He is also the Co-Producer of Midday Musicals, a local free concert series. Check out his MySpace Music Site to listen to some of his compositions. Pastor Dave is also a Chaplain PRN for Mission Hosptial and is a participating member of People of Faith For Just Relationships.
